We wanted the freedom to adapt our menu to suit the tastes of our local community, moving away from the structured franchise model to create something truly our own. After careful thought and countless discussions, "The Grill Peri-Peri" felt like the perfect name to capture our expertise in grilling and our passion for authentic peri-peri cuisine.
